A. To have the best experience possible, don't eat beforehand (especially heavy meals). That being said, if you are hungry it is better to have a small snack so you aren't distracted by a growling stomach during your treatment.
Q. Will I be naked during my massage treatment?
A. We want you to feel as comfortable as possible while receiving your massage, and encourage you to remain dressed at your level of comfort. Regardless of your level of dress, you will be properly draped at all times.

Q. Do I need to tell the therapist about any medical conditions?
A. Yes, it is important for your therapist to be fully aware of all your current medical conditions and current medications because in some cases, massage therapy is contraindicated. All personal and medical information is safely secured in compliance with HIPAA laws.
Q. Can I get a massage treatment if I'm pregnant?
A. We offer Prenatal Massage for women in the second or third trimester, and ask that you consult with your doctor beforehand.
