Think of body treatments like a facial for your whole body, cleansing, exfoliating, and hydrating your skin, leaving it smooth and soft. Our various Body Treatments can be combined, experienced in conjunction with a massage, or experienced as stand alone treatments. We're here to help you identify which type of Body Treatment might best suit your needs or goals, and most important of all, you will never feel pressured to add a treatment or purchase any products.
A Back Scrub is an exfoliating treatment designed to cleanse your skin, leaving it feeling revitalized, fresh, and soft. It involves the use of either salt or sugar (depending on your needs and wishes), combined with a mixture of oils and essential oils, that is rubbed into your skin. The difference between a salt and sugar scrub is the size of the granules. Salt is larger and more abrasive, better suited for rough patches of skin. It also has healing and antiseptic properties, which can kill bacteria and reduce inflammation. Sugar on the other hand is smaller, and therefor smoother and better suited for people with sensitive skin. Regardless of which you choose, both will leave your skin feeling fresh with an energetic glow.
You will have your choice of natural dehydrated herbs to build your own scrub, with enough left over to bring the rest home for personal use.
Similar to a back scrub, a foot scrub will exfoliate and soften your feet, leaving the skin refreshed and the muscles relaxed. Our feet take a lot of wear and tear, and our shoes typically add to this. The result is that many of us have thick, rough, or dry patches of skin on various parts of our feet, along with overworked muscles throughout. A revitalizing Foot Scrub not only helps to remove and exfoliate those dry rough areas on our feet, but also soothes the overworked muscles in them.

We offer Cupping Therapy as part of a massage. The gentle pressure created during Cupping Therapy helps relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and reduces inflammation by drawing blood to the affected area, helping increase your overall blood flow. Additionally, the negative pressure on the skin, muscles, and fascia can be a very relaxing and soothing experience, contrasted with the positive pressure of a Deep Tissue Massage.
